Tell Parliament: Women Are Women. Fix the Law.

A court has just ruled that a man can call himself a woman, and society must agree. The women-only app, “Giggle for Girls”, was taken to court and punished for keeping a man identifying as trans out. The judge sided with the man.

This is not an isolated case. Our laws no longer protect the idea that women are women and men are men. Spaces that were meant to be safe for women and girls can now be challenged in court — and women can lose.

We don’t believe a man should be able to force his way into a woman’s space and have the legal system back him up. We believe in reality, not ideology. Women deserve spaces, sports, and services that are truly theirs — without a judge deciding otherwise.

Parliament has the power to fix this. Some politicians are already trying — but their proposals don’t go far enough. They still leave the door open for the same confusion that led to this ruling in the first place. We won’t settle for a half-measure.
