The origins of Family in Danger
Family in Danger was founded in 2026 by Joesph Lucia out of concern for the increasing attacks by the Sexual Revolution on the innocence and upbringing of children.
Who pays for Family in Danger?
Australian TFP, under which the Family in Danger campaign falls, is fully supported by donations. Unlike political parties and LGBT lobby groups, we do not receive a single dollar in subsidies from any government whatsoever. This makes us truly independent.

A position of principle, not a personal one.
In writing our publications, we do not intend to hurt or discredit anyone. We are not driven by personal hatred against any individual. In spiritual resistance against individuals or organisations promoting the homosexual agenda, our sole intention is the defence of traditional marriage, the family, and the precious remnants of Christian civilisation. As practising Catholics, we are filled with compassion and pray for those who fight against the relentless and violent temptation to sinful homosexual acts. We pray for those who fall into sinful homosexual acts out of human weakness, that God may assist them with His grace. We are aware of the enormous difference between, on the one hand, these individuals who struggle with their weakness and strive to overcome it, and on the other hand, others who turn their sin into a reason for pride and attempt to impose their lifestyle on society as a whole, in flagrant contradiction to traditional Christian morality and natural law. But we pray for these people as well. We also pray for the judges, legislators, and government officials who in one way or another take steps that benefit homosexuality and so-called “gay marriage.” We do not judge their intentions, inner dispositions, or personal motivations. We reject and condemn every form of violence. We are simply exercising our freedom as children of God (Rom. 8:21) and our right to free speech and the open, unabashed, and public display of our Catholic faith. We oppose arguments with arguments. We respond to arguments in favour of homosexuality and same-sex “marriage” with arguments based on sound reason, natural law, and Divine Revelation. In polemical statements in our publications, it is possible that a particular formulation may be perceived as excessive or ironic. That is not our intention.
